■ Performance Features

Convert the original steam-air hammer and electro hydraulic forging hammer to be CNC hydraulic die forging hammer using the advanced numerical control technology. The hydraulic principle is almost same with the brand new CNC hydraulic die forging hammer. 

All the benefits of the Anyang hydraulic drives can be applied to other types of hammer drives.The C92KT CNC hydraulic power head was specially designed for the conversion of hammers with short stroke, light ram and limited space in the working space of the hammer. Anyang offers a specially adapted hydraulic drive for the conversion of long-stroke hammers. This design can realize high efficiency and accuracy etc profits on the old hammer. 

Till now, Anyang have implemented many conversions and modernizations from 25KJ to 400kJ.The conversion of all types of hammers with modern Anyang CNC hydraulic drives offers several advantages as below:

The conversion in design has following characteristics compared with brand new CNC hydraulic die forging hammer:

1,For the conversion of 1T and 2T old hammers, it is adopted integrated big oil tank setting on the top of the hammer, and changed by big connection plant; For the conversion of old hammers above 3 T, it is adopted the main and auxiliary oil tanks setting(i.e. The main oil tank is setting on the top of the original connecting plate, and the two auxiliary oil tanks are setting on the two sides of power head supported by the steel frame), the connections between the main and auxiliary oil tanks are the flexible structure.

2,Meanwhile change the new tup with “X” type guide structure, the guide rails of the hammers body are changed accordingly, thus improve the ability of inclined loading and increase the precision of forgings.

3,Due to the long stroke of old hammer, thus we design a top die seat on the tup, so decrease the stroke ad well as protect the coattail of tup.

4,The ejection system and new die seat can be designed and supplied as per customer requirements.

 Total above special designs, the performance of converted hammers are almost same with the brand new CNC hydraulic die forging hammers. It not only overcomes the disadvantages of old hammers, but also upgrades the hammers to a higher status.
